Pursuant to and for the purposes of General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by Cinecittà World S.p.A., with legal headquarters in Rome, Via di Castel Romano, No. 200, Tax Code, VAT Number, and Registration with the Rome Chamber of Commerce No. 13164451000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in compliance with the current regulations regarding personal data protection and, in any case, according to the confidentiality principles that guide the Company’s activities.
1. Purposes of Processing
The personal data you provide to the Company may be used:
(a) to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Company;
(b) to respond to and fulfill any of your requests and for any technical/organizational communications, either verbally or in writing;
(c) for the preparation and completion of studies and statistical and market research (on an anonymous basis);
(d) to send informational and promotional communications, including commercial material, advertising materials, and/or offers of goods and services via mail, Internet, phone, email, MMS, SMS from Italy or abroad (including non-EU countries) by the Company or entities that collaborate with the Company, as well as to send the Cinecittà World newsletter and that of the IEG Group.
2. Methods of Processing
The processing of your personal data will be carried out using appropriate paper, electronic, and/or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes above and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
3. Provision of Data and Consequences of Possible Refusal
The provision of your personal data is optional. However, any refusal and/or provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information could:
– make it impossible to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Company;
– prevent us from responding to your requests and/or sending you technical/organizational communications;
– prevent us from completing statistical and market research studies;
– prevent us from sending you informational and promotional communications, including commercial material, advertising materials, and/or offers of goods and services;
– prevent us from sending you our newsletter.
4. Communication of Data
Within the Company, your personal data may be accessed by shareholders, members of the administrative body, members of the supervisory board, auditors, company personnel, and, in any case, by the Data Processor and persons designated by the Company in the exercise of their duties. Your personal data may be communicated to companies within the IEG Group, as well as to qualified subjects who provide the Company with services instrumental to the purposes above, including subjects and companies involved in managing and/or participating in managing and/or maintaining our websites and the electronic and/or telematic tools we use. Also, in pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, the Company may make use of the following categories of subjects who may also come to know your personal data: qualified subjects providing services instrumental to responding to your requests and/or any technical-organizational communications, conducting statistical and market research studies, sending informational and/or promotional communications including commercial ones, managing and sending our newsletter, such as banks, insurance companies, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors; consultants assisting the Company in various ways, particularly in legal, tax, pension, accounting, and organizational aspects; any other subject to whom the data must be communicated pursuant to an express provision of law. To take advantage of the promotions at the Park's ticket offices, registration is required at the cashier (name, surname, email, and phone number).
5. Dissemination of Data
Your personal data will not be subject to dissemination.
6. Data Retention
The personal data you provide to the Company will be kept for a period not exceeding what is necessary to achieve the above purposes.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
In relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise your rights, such as the revocation of consent given, access to your personal data, correction, or deletion of the data, as provided for by General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679.
